I. General Information
Responsible for the processing of personally identifiable data in connection with the website pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH
(„DFH“, „we“, „us“)."
II. The Processing of Your Data
1. When using the website solely for informational purposes – i.e., you do not actively provide us with any information – we do not collect any personally identifiable data, with the exception of the data that your browser automatically transmits in order to enable your visit to the website, including:
– IP address
– Access date and time
– Data volume transmitted
We are unable to trace this information back to any one person. The aforementioned processing of data occurs solely for the purpose of enabling website use (connection). If the aforementioned data being processed is personally identifiable data, the corresponding processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest on the basis of the purpose mentioned above).
2. If you contact us using the contact details available on the website, any of your data transmitted during the contact process are used to respond to your inquiry (for example, we will process your email address if you contact us via email).
The legal basis for processing the aforementioned personally identifiable data is Article 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests). This legitimate interest derives from the fact that we cannot carry out the action desired by the user (for example, responding to inquiries) without processing the data. If the purpose of contact is to conclude a contract, the legal basis for processing may also be Art. 6(1)(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures).
We use session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted when you leave our website.
You can configure your browser in such a way that it prevents cookies from being stored or always displays a notice before a new cookie is created. However, complete cookie deactivation may prevent you from being able to (fully) use all of the functions on our website.
The legal basis for the aforementioned processing of personally identifiable data (provided this data is, in fact, personally identifiable) is Art. 6(1)(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
III. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We provide your personally identifiable data to third parties when required to do so by law (for example, when requested by a court of law or law enforcement authorities). The legal basis for this type of data processing is Art. 6(1)(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation).
We may also use technical service providers to process personally identifiable data on our behalf (for example, IT service providers). These service providers process the corresponding personally identifiable data solely in accordance with our instructions (processors). The legal basis for this type of data processing is Art. 28 of the GDPR (processing), generally in connection with (i) Art. 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest; see the corresponding legitimate interests under numbers II.1. and II.2. above) and/or with (ii) Art. 6(1)(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures; see number II.2. above).

If you have consented to the use of personally identifiable data, you can revoke your consent at any time with future effect.
