DFH-Gruppe: Mietvertragsverlängerung für Fondsimmobilie in Düsseldorf erzielt
Die DFH ARE GmbH, ein Unternehmen der DFH-Gruppe, konnte für die Fondsimmobilie im Tiefenbroicher Weg in Düsseldorf bereits vorzeitig eine Mietvertragsverlängerung erzielen. Das Objekt gehört zu dem Immobilienfonds WestFonds 3.
Das Bürogebäude aus dem Jahr 1997 verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 11.980 Quadratmetern. Alleiniger Mieter der Immobilie ist seit Fertigstellung das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen, das rund 6.550 Quadratmeter Büro- und Serviceflächen sowie Kfz-Hallen von über 5.430 Quadratmetern und 85 Außenstellplätze anmietet.
„Wir freuen uns, dass wir seit über 25 Jahren für diese Spezialimmobilie einen so verlässlichen Mieter haben. Mit der Mietvertragsverlängerung können wir im Sinne der Fondgesellschaft die Vollvermietung bis mindestens Ende 2030 weiterhin sicherstellen“, freut sich Tobias Zimmermann, Asset Manager der DFH-Gruppe.
