Ian Gordine verstärkt das Management-Team der DFH-Gruppe
Ian Gordine hat zum 1. Januar 2023 die Position Head of Fund Management der DFH-Gruppe übernommen.
Ian Gordine ist seit über 20 Jahren in der internationalen Immobilienbranche tätig. Nach Universitätsabschlüssen der Volkswirtschaftslehre in Großbritannien und Frankreich, führte der Weg nach Deutschland zu einem internationalen Bauunternehmen und Projektentwickler. Weitere Stationen bei namhaften Fondsgesellschaften folgten. Herr Gordine verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fondsmanagement, Asset Management und Immobilientransaktionen sowie in der Betreuung von Investoren und in der Strukturierung von Immobilienfonds. Er hat große internationale Immobilienportfolien gemanagt und mehr als EUR 5 Milliarden an Transaktionen verantwortet.
Herr Gordine war zuvor u. a. bei AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment GmbH und KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH in führenden Positionen tätig.
